The Vero AI Catalog's Claude track covers seventeen courses: Claude for everyday writing and research, Claude Code for engineers, and Claude Cowork for teams running longer automated work. OneRange Vero teaches every course in this track as an interactive session, not a recording. The tutor explains the idea, works it on the kind of document or task the person actually handles, checks that it landed and adjusts the next step to the answer given. An engineer who already lives in Claude Code moves through the basics in minutes; a first-time user gets the time they need.   • Claude: Essentials — Writing & Communication — This course focuses on using Claude to draft, edit, and adapt high-quality written communication. Learners practice shaping tone and voice, summarizing, rewriting, and translating, and applying style guides for consistency. They leave able to produce polished, on-brand writing far faster.   • Claude: Advanced — Power Workflows & Automation — This course fills the step between everyday fluency and building on the platform: running Claude at an expert level without writing code. Learners design multi-step workflows, automate recurring work with Projects, custom instructions, and connected tools, and set personal systems that compound over weeks.   • Claude Code: Essentials — A plain-language introduction to Claude Code for people who don't write code. Learners open Claude Code, hand it everyday work — organizing files, summarizing documents, cleaning up spreadsheets, drafting from data — and learn how to describe what they want, give it context, review what it proposes, and stay in control.   • Claude: Mastery — Building with the API & Agents — This course teaches developers to build applications and agents on the Claude API. It covers the messages format and system prompts, tool use and function calling, MCP integration, and managing cost and rate limits. Claude Cowork

  • Claude Cowork: Intro — A 20-minute first touch with Claude Cowork, the mode where Claude does the work rather than just answering.   • Claude Cowork: Essentials — A practical introduction to getting real work done with Claude Cowork. Learners connect folders, set the right permission mode, describe outcomes instead of steps, and produce finished documents, spreadsheets and research from their own files — while learning to review, correct and stay in control.   • Claude Cowork: Core — Connectors, Skills & Scheduled Tasks — Move from single tasks to connected work. Learners plug Cowork into email, calendar, documents, chat and CRM tools, use ready-made skills and plugins for their role, drive websites through the browser, schedule recurring work, and assign tasks from anywhere — while handling actions in live systems responsibly.   • Claude Cowork: Advanced — Designing Workflows & Automation — Turn recurring processes into reliable Cowork workflows. Learners map a process, write their own skills, design instruction systems for a team, chain multi-tool steps with checkpoints, schedule and monitor automations, and prove the time saved.   • Claude Cowork: Mastery — Plugins, Governance & Rollout — Lead Cowork across an organization. Learners build and share plugins, run skill libraries, evaluate connectors, set governance and approval policies, roll Cowork out function by function, monitor usage and outcomes, and handle incidents — finishing with a plugin and rollout plan for a real team. Prove the skill

  • Claude Essentials Proficiency — Measures whether someone can frame a long piece of work for Claude, give it the right source material, and judge the answer that comes back.
  • Claude Advanced Proficiency — For regular users: projects, artifacts and multi-step work judged against a rubric rather than a multiple-choice key.
  • Claude Mastery Assessment — The mastery-level check for people building with the API and agents.
  • Claude Code Proficiency — A Claude Code proficiency check for engineers: scoping a change, reviewing what the model produced, and knowing what to hand over and what to write yourself.

How the training works

Every course here is delivered by OneRange Vero as an interactive session. There is no video to sit through and no slide deck to click past: the tutor explains an idea, works an example, asks the person to try it, and adjusts what comes next to the answer it gets back. Practice, scenarios, labs and role-plays are part of the session rather than an add-on.

Courses can be grounded in your own material, so examples, terminology and policies match how your company actually works. Results map to named skills in the OneRange taxonomy of more than 10,000 skills, so a manager sees proficiency per skill instead of a completion tick. Frequently asked questions

How long does the training take?

Claude: Essentials runs about two hours at a typical pace, the writing and playbook courses are shorter, and the Core, Advanced and Mastery courses run longer. Sessions adapt to the person, so an experienced Claude user finishes the fundamentals in a fraction of the estimate.

How is it assigned to a team?

An administrator assigns it from the Vero dashboard to one person, a team, a department or everyone at once. Progress and results appear per person and per skill, so a manager can see who has finished, who is mid-course, and where the remaining gaps are.

Can we customise it with our own documents and terminology?

Is there an assessment?

Yes. Claude Essentials, Advanced and Mastery proficiency assessments score open responses against a rubric, and a separate Claude Code proficiency assessment covers engineering work. Every course also ends with its own check, so results arrive per course as well as per assessment.
