Connecting Your Tools — Connect email, calendar, file storage, chat and a CRM; understand what access each connector grants and how to limit it.
Multi-Source Tasks — Prepare for a meeting from calendar, email threads and documents in one request; produce a brief and follow-up drafts.
Working on the Web: Built-in Browser and Claude in Chrome — Have Cowork open sites, read pages and fill forms; know when to use the built-in browser versus your own Chrome.
Using Skills — Apply ready-made skills (reports, reviews, briefs) to your own work and adjust the result.
