What this course covers

The course runs across 3 topics, each one a short adaptive session rather than a recorded lecture. The tutor explains the idea, works an example, checks understanding, and adjusts the next step to the answer given.

  • What Cowork Is — Cowork is Claude working as a teammate: you describe an outcome, it plans, works through the steps in your files and tools, and hands back finished work. See where it lives (desktop, web, mobile, Chrome side panel) and how it differs from a chat reply.
  • Your First Cowork Task — Connect a folder, describe one outcome in plain words, watch Cowork plan and ask for approvals, and open the finished file it produces.
  • Where Cowork Fits in Your Day — Decide between chat and Cowork for real situations, spot the three kinds of work Cowork is best at (files, research and synthesis, repeatable routines), and know what to verify before you use the result.
