How it works

Step 1 · Start — Two ways to start

Bring an outcome you're accountable for, or a single skill a role is missing. Vero takes it from there.

Plan from a goal — Describe the outcome and who it's for. Vero checks the courses you already have and the Vero AI catalog first, then proposes new courses only where there's a gap. Every recommendation shows its level, length, and the skills it covers. Ship the whole sequence as one pathway. In the product: Courses → Plan From A Goal

The Vero AI Catalog gives you expert-built courses on day one. The catch with any shared catalog is that it is generic: it cannot know your CRM, your products, or how your sales team handles an objection. OneRange Vero fixes that without forking or rewriting a single course. Set up three things once, and every catalog course is taught with your tools, your terminology, and your examples — for your people only.

  • Company Context — Tell Vero what your company does Company Context is a short profile: Company Description, Products & Services, CRM & Key Tools, Sales / Delivery Methodology, Terminology & Glossary, and anything else the training should know. Set it once and it applies automatically to every session of every catalog course, and to the courses and assessments Vero generates for you. Vero can draft it from your Knowledge Library and your public website; you review, edit, and approve. In the product: Settings → Knowledge Library → Company Context. "Draft With AI", then "Approve & Save".
  • Knowledge Library — Ground every catalog course in your own documents Upload SOPs, playbooks, product docs, and policies. In every catalog course session, Vero retrieves the relevant passages from your library and teaches with them — so a sales course can say "log the follow-up in HubSpot, per your Sales Playbook" instead of "log it in your CRM". Your library is read for your people only. No other customer's documents are ever used in your sessions, and your documents never appear in anyone else's. In the product: Settings → Knowledge Library → Documents. Pin specific documents to a course with "Pinned Documents".
  • Course Customization — Decide how each course is taught for your team Open any catalog course and click "Customize". Write standing instructions under "How We Do This Here". Set each topic to Normal, Emphasize, or Skip. Add the examples, objections, scenarios, and role-play personas Vero should prefer over generic ones. Pin the documents that always apply. Vero can draft the whole customization from your library for you to review — nothing applies until you click "Save Layer". Changes take effect on the next training turn, including for people already mid-course, and can be paused at any time. In the product: "Customize" on any Vero AI Catalog course. Your people see a "Tailored for your company" label on the assignment.

In the "Customize for Acme" panel, an admin writes standing instructions under "How We Do This Here" — for example: We sell through partners. Use HubSpot deal stages and MEDDIC language. Never quote list price. Topics can be set to Normal, Emphasize, or Skip, company examples, objections, and role-play personas can be added, and documents such as Sales_Playbook_2026.pdf and Partner Pricing Policy.docx can be pinned before saving the layer.
