ChatGPT training for employees, ready to assign today

Vero AI Catalog › ChatGPT training

Most companies have hundreds of people using ChatGPT and no shared standard for how well. Some write precise prompts, check what comes back and know when to stop; most paste a question in and take the first answer. The gap shows up in the quality of the work, in the time people spend fixing AI drafts, and in the risk of pasting the wrong document into a public tool. The Vero AI Catalog's ChatGPT track closes that gap with nine courses that start with the basics and build to Custom GPTs, data analysis and reasoning models.

Every course is delivered by OneRange Vero as an interactive session rather than a recorded video. The tutor explains, works an example with the person's own kind of task, checks understanding and adjusts the next step to the answer given. Someone who already knows a topic moves through it in minutes. Results are measured against named skills in the OneRange taxonomy, so a manager sees who can do what, not who clicked finish. Assign one course to one person, a playbook to a team, or the whole track to the company.

Prove the skill

  • ChatGPT Essentials Proficiency — Measures whether someone can choose the right model and mode, write a prompt that gets a usable first draft, and judge what comes back. Results land on the person's skill profile alongside the courses.
  • ChatGPT Advanced Proficiency — For people already working in ChatGPT daily: multi-step workflows, Custom GPTs and analysis work judged against a rubric rather than a multiple-choice key.
  • ChatGPT Mastery Assessment — The mastery-level check, for the small group expected to build with the API and set the standard for everyone else.

How the training works

Every course here is delivered by OneRange Vero as an interactive session. There is no video to sit through and no slide deck to click past: the tutor explains an idea, works an example, asks the person to try it, and adjusts what comes next to the answer it gets back. Practice, scenarios, labs and role-plays are part of the session rather than an add-on.

Courses can be grounded in your own material, so examples, terminology and policies match how your company actually works. Results map to named skills in the OneRange taxonomy of more than 10,000 skills, so a manager sees proficiency per skill instead of a completion tick. Assign to one person, a team or the whole company, and track progress from the Vero dashboard.

Frequently asked questions

How long does the training take?

ChatGPT: Essentials runs about two hours at a typical pace, the playbooks are roughly thirty minutes each, and the Core and Advanced courses run longer. Because every session adapts to the person taking it, someone who already knows a section moves through it in minutes instead of sitting through it.

How is it assigned to a team?

An administrator assigns it from the Vero dashboard to one person, a team, a department or everyone at once. Progress and results appear per person and per skill, so a manager can see who has finished, who is mid-course, and where the remaining gaps are.

Can we customise it with our own documents and terminology?

Yes. An administrator can add your company's own standing instructions, examples and documents so the course teaches the tool in the context of your systems, terminology and policies, without changing the underlying catalog course. See how the customization layer works on the Vero page.

Is there an assessment?

Yes. The ChatGPT Essentials Proficiency assessment scores open responses against a rubric, and Advanced and Mastery assessments exist for people further along. Every course also ends with its own check, so you get a result per course as well as a standalone proficiency score.
