AI training for managers and leaders who own adoption

Vero AI Catalog › AI leadership training

Tool training does not make an organisation good at AI; managers do. Someone has to choose the use cases, run the pilot honestly, write the policy people will actually follow, handle the anxiety in the team, and prove the return. The Vero AI Catalog's leadership track covers all of it in twenty-one courses, from a thirty-minute essentials version of each topic for busy managers to advanced courses for the people running an AI programme, a centre of excellence or a company-wide rollout.

Every course is delivered by OneRange Vero as an interactive session built around the manager's own situation — their team, their tools, their sticking points — rather than a generic case study. The tutor explains, works through a scenario, checks understanding and adjusts. Results map to named leadership and adoption skills in the OneRange taxonomy, so an executive sponsor can see which managers are ready to lead a rollout and which need support. Assign an essentials course to every people manager, or the advanced programme to the few who own it.

Essentials for every manager (30–60 minutes)

  • AI Center of Excellence: Essentials — Starting a Working Group — Learners will be able to start a small working group that helps their company use AI well. How the training works

Every course here is delivered by OneRange Vero as an interactive session. There is no video to sit through and no slide deck to click past: the tutor explains an idea, works an example, asks the person to try it, and adjusts what comes next to the answer it gets back. Practice, scenarios, labs and role-plays are part of the session rather than an add-on.

Courses can be grounded in your own material, so examples, terminology and policies match how your company actually works. Results map to named skills in the OneRange taxonomy of more than 10,000 skills, so a manager sees proficiency per skill instead of a completion tick. Assign to one person, a team or the whole company, and track progress from the Vero dashboard.

Frequently asked questions

How long does the training take?

The essentials courses run 30 to 60 minutes, the core leadership courses about 90 to 120 minutes, and the advanced programme courses up to 150 minutes at a typical pace. Sessions adapt to what the manager already knows, so experienced programme owners move quickly.

How is it assigned to a team?

An administrator assigns it from the Vero dashboard to one person, a team, a department or everyone at once. Progress and results appear per person and per skill, so a manager can see who has finished, who is mid-course, and where the remaining gaps are.

Can we customise it with our own documents and terminology?

Yes. An administrator can add your company's own standing instructions, examples and documents so the course teaches the tool in the context of your systems, terminology and policies, without changing the underlying catalog course. See how the customization layer works on the Vero page.

Is there an assessment?

Yes. The AI Adoption Leadership Assessment and the AI Change Management Readiness assessment cover the two halves of this track, and a leadership and strategy readiness check exists for executives. Every course ends with its own check.
