AI training for marketing teams, by specialty

Vero AI Catalog › AI for marketing teams

Marketing has more AI tools per person than any other function and the least agreement on how to use them well. Content that reads like a model wrote it, campaigns built on unverified numbers, and a brand voice that drifts a little further with every draft are the usual results. The Vero AI Catalog's marketing track has twelve courses organised the way a marketing team is: a thirty-minute essentials course for everyone, a core course, and then specialty courses for copy, SEO, paid, lifecycle, product marketing, social, brand and research, plus an advanced course on automation and personalisation.

Every course runs in OneRange Vero as an interactive session on the marketer's own work — their audience, their channels, their brand guidelines — and the tutor critiques real output rather than showing a generic example. With company customization, the course teaches your voice, your tools and your approval rules. Results map to named marketing and AI skills in the OneRange taxonomy, so a marketing leader can see which specialists are ahead and which are still experimenting. Assign the essentials to the whole team and the specialty courses by role.

How the training works

Every course here is delivered by OneRange Vero as an interactive session. There is no video to sit through and no slide deck to click past: the tutor explains an idea, works an example, asks the person to try it, and adjusts what comes next to the answer it gets back. Practice, scenarios, labs and role-plays are part of the session rather than an add-on.

Courses can be grounded in your own material, so examples, terminology and policies match how your company actually works. Results map to named skills in the OneRange taxonomy of more than 10,000 skills, so a manager sees proficiency per skill instead of a completion tick. Assign to one person, a team or the whole company, and track progress from the Vero dashboard.

Frequently asked questions

How long does the training take?

The essentials course is about 30 minutes; the core and specialty courses run 90 to 150 minutes at a typical pace. Sessions adapt, so a marketer who already works with AI tools daily moves through the shared material quickly and spends the time on their specialty.

How is it assigned to a team?

An administrator assigns it from the Vero dashboard to one person, a team, a department or everyone at once. Progress and results appear per person and per skill, so a manager can see who has finished, who is mid-course, and where the remaining gaps are.

Can we customise it with our own documents and terminology?

Yes. An administrator can add your company's own standing instructions, examples and documents so the course teaches the tool in the context of your systems, terminology and policies, without changing the underlying catalog course. See how the customization layer works on the Vero page.

Is there an assessment?

Yes. The Marketing AI Readiness assessment gives every marketer a starting level, with applied assessments for paid media and SEO specialists. Every course also ends with its own check.
