How the training works
Every course here is delivered by OneRange Vero as an interactive session. How long does the training take?
The automation courses run 120 to 150 minutes and the agent courses 120 to 180 minutes at a typical pace; these are hands-on and are usually taken over several sittings. Sessions adapt, so an engineer already building agents moves through the fundamentals quickly.
How is it assigned to a team?
An administrator assigns it from the Vero dashboard to one person, a team, a department or everyone at once. Progress and results appear per person and per skill, so a manager can see who has finished, who is mid-course, and where the remaining gaps are.
Can we customise it with our own documents and terminology?
