AI training for sales teams, by role in the pipeline
Vero AI Catalog › AI for sales teams
Sales teams were the first to get AI tools and the last to get trained on them. Reps use a chatbot to draft outreach that sounds like everyone else's, RevOps buys an AI add-on nobody configures, and the pipeline looks the same as before. The Vero AI Catalog's sales track is built by role: a thirty-minute essentials course for the whole sales org, then dedicated courses for account executives, SDRs, RevOps, enablement and sales engineering, each on the specific tasks that role does every day.
OneRange Vero delivers each course as an interactive session on the rep's own work — their ICP, their objections, their CRM — rather than a generic example. The tutor explains, runs the task, checks the result and adjusts. Sales managers see results against named skills in the OneRange taxonomy, and with company customization the course can teach your methodology, your deal stages and the objections you actually hear. Assign the essentials to the floor and the role courses to each team.

How the training works
Every course here is delivered by OneRange Vero as an interactive session. There is no video to sit through and no slide deck to click past: the tutor explains an idea, works an example, asks the person to try it, and adjusts what comes next to the answer it gets back. Practice, scenarios, labs and role-plays are part of the session rather than an add-on.
Courses can be grounded in your own material, so examples, terminology and policies match how your company actually works. Results map to named skills in the OneRange taxonomy of more than 10,000 skills, so a manager sees proficiency per skill instead of a completion tick. Assign to one person, a team or the whole company, and track progress from the Vero dashboard.
Frequently asked questions
How long does the training take?
The essentials course is about 30 minutes; the role courses run 120 to 150 minutes at a typical pace and are designed to be taken in a couple of sittings between calls. Sessions adapt, so an AE who already uses AI daily finishes faster.
How is it assigned to a team?
An administrator assigns it from the Vero dashboard to one person, a team, a department or everyone at once. Progress and results appear per person and per skill, so a manager can see who has finished, who is mid-course, and where the remaining gaps are.
Can we customise it with our own documents and terminology?
Yes. An administrator can add your company's own standing instructions, examples and documents so the course teaches the tool in the context of your systems, terminology and policies, without changing the underlying catalog course. See how the customization layer works on the Vero page.
Is there an assessment?
Yes. The Sales AI Readiness assessment gives every rep a starting level, and the SDR & Prospecting applied assessment scores real prospecting work. Every course also ends with its own check.
