What this course covers
This closing course helps employees turn a first try into a lasting habit. Learners practice spotting which of their own tasks are a good fit for AI, building it into their routine, and recognizing when not to use it. They leave with a personal plan to keep using AI after the introduction.
The course runs across 4 topics, each one a short adaptive session rather than a recorded lecture. The tutor explains the idea, works an example, checks understanding, and adjusts the next step to the answer given.
- Spotting AI-Friendly Tasks in Your Queue — Learn to analyze your daily to-do list and categorize tasks that are ideal for AI assistance versus those that require a strictly human touch. Practice evaluating tasks based on complexity, repetition, and data privacy.
- Hands-On: Integrating AI into Your Daily Routine — Active practice session where you log into the AI tool, set up default system prompts, and execute a multi-step workflow. Build a 'trigger-action' checklist to make using AI an automatic first step for selected tasks.
- Navigating AI Limits and Knowing When to Pivot — Engage in scenario-based decisions to recognize AI hallucinations, bias, and output limitations. Practice the critical judgment skills needed to safely reject or heavily edit AI suggestions when they fall short.
- Designing Your Personal AI Habit Plan — Draft a concrete, personalized action plan committing to two specific tasks you will offload to AI over the next 21 days. Establish accountability metrics and troubleshooting steps for when your routine gets disrupted.

How it is delivered and assessed
Delivery is conversational and interactive, including branching scenario, guided lab exercises. There is no video to sit through and no slide deck to click past.
Understanding is checked with a lab assessment of 5 items, with a pass mark of 70%.
Administrators can copy this course into their own library and adapt it — edit the outline, change the duration, swap the assessment format, or ground it in internal documentation so answers cite the company's own source material.
