The course runs across 2 topics, each one a short adaptive session rather than a recorded lecture. The tutor explains the idea, works an example, checks understanding, and adjusts the next step to the answer given.

  • Evaluating Task Fit and Identifying Risk Triggers — Analyze realistic work scenarios to identify key risk triggers—such as data privacy, high stakes, and the need for absolute accuracy—that make AI the wrong tool for the job.
  • Making the Judgment Call and Escalation — Practice deciding when to close the AI chatbot to execute tasks manually, and learn when and how to escalate potential AI misuse risks.
