OneRange Vero

One platform, two products: meet Atlas, and see what's new in Vero

August in both products: the OneRange Marketplace is now OneRange Atlas with more self-serve admin controls, and Vero adds test-out assessments, course reviews, and credentials

Starting this month, our product updates cover both OneRange products in one place. Here's everything that shipped in August.

The Marketplace is now Atlas

On August 6 the OneRange Marketplace got a new name: OneRange Atlas. Same product. Same pricing. New name. The logo and main site have been updated, and everything you rely on — 22,000+ learning resources, AI matching, one-click approvals, virtual cards — works exactly as before.

The rename came with a busy release month. The theme: putting more in admins' hands, with fewer reasons to ever contact support.

Now self-serve

  • Single sign-on: admins can add, update, and remove SSO configurations on their own — no support ticket required.
  • Budget tiers: tiers are now visible in company settings, where you can change the default tier and edit amounts directly.
  • Departments view: see every department, assign its budget tier, and control its visibility.

Clearer for everyone

  • Additional approvals, explained: when a request needs an extra approval, employees now see a clear message saying so — no more wondering where a request stands.
  • Refreshed Internal Training view: quiz results and completions for every person and training, in one place. The old Reporting tab has been retired in favor of the new views.
  • Cleaner integrations: the Slack and HRIS integration settings both got new interfaces, better error handling, and bug fixes.

Test out, level up, and tell us how it went

Vero's August releases center on giving employees more control over their path — and giving admins better signal on what's working.

Test-Out assessments

Already know the material? Employees can now test out of a course instead of sitting through it. Test-outs come with clear pass marks and attempt limits shown up front, a progress bar as you go, and question order randomized per person. If someone falls short, admins can grant a retake in one click — and the employee gets an email the moment it's approved.

Course reviews and feedback

Employees are now asked to review a course when they complete it, and a new Feedback tab collects it all in one place. Reviews include improvement suggestions along each dimension of the course, so admins see not just a score but what to fix. Gentle reminders nudge reviews that haven't come in yet.

Credentials and badges

A new Credentials tab showcases what employees have earned. Badges are now tied to specific pathways, credential badges appear on the pathways that award them, and companies can upload their own badge artwork.

Also new in Vero

  • Train in your language: a language picker is now in every profile, with improved Spanish translations across the training experience.
  • In-app support: live support chat is now built in, with secure identity verification — and it stays out of the way during training sessions.
  • Faster training chat: smarter caching makes training conversations noticeably quicker to respond.
  • Better on mobile: a redesigned mobile header and layout make training on a phone feel natural.

One account across both products

Building on July's unified sign-in, Atlas admins can now enable Vero access straight from the Employee page, and Login with Vero is rolling out. One account, both products — skills your people buy in Atlas, and skills they build in Vero.
