1. What the Vero AI Catalog is
Ready-made training built and maintained by OneRange
The Vero AI Catalog is OneRange's library of ready-made AI training: courses, pathways, skill assessments, and credentials, covering AI foundations, the major AI tools, AI leadership, responsible AI, and AI for specific functions such as sales, marketing, and finance. Anyone can browse it publicly at onerange.ai/catalog. Inside Vero, catalog content sits alongside your own courses.
Catalog courses are shared and maintained by OneRange. You assign them as they are, adapt how they are taught for your company, and receive OneRange's improvements automatically.
2. Browsing inside Vero
Families, levels, and filters
On Courses, click the Vero AI Catalog chip. Courses are grouped by track and course family. Each family is a ladder of levels on one subject, such as a specific AI tool from Essentials to Mastery.

Click Level Guide for this legend, and Expand All to open every ladder. Filter by track, level, length, audience, and customization. Catalog pathways and assessments appear on the Pathways tab and on Skill Assessments under the same Vero AI Catalog filter.
3. Assigning catalog training
The same as your own courses
Open a catalog course and click Assign, or use Assign Course from the card's menu. You can also add catalog courses to your own pathways and programs. Catalog pathways are assigned as they are, and Admins can allow test-out on them for their own company.
Tip: Start people on the Essentials rung, and let the competency baseline and test-out move experienced people up faster.
4. Set your Company Context first
One profile that shapes every catalog course
Before customizing individual courses, fill in your Company Context (Company Settings, Knowledge Library, Company Context). Vero applies it to every catalog session, so courses use your products, tools, terminology, and methods without any per-course work. Draft With AI builds a first draft from your Knowledge Library and website.
5. Customizing a catalog course
Adapt how it is taught without changing the shared version
A catalog course page shows whether it is Personalized For your company, with Company Context Applied and Course Customization Active, Paused, or Not Set. Click Customize (Admins) to open Customize for your company.

Use Preview as learner to check the result, then Save Layer. Changes apply to the next training reply. Customized courses show a Customized badge in the library, and Course Managers can view customizations.
Tip: Customize the courses you assign most. Emphasize the topics tied to your process, add two or three of your real objections or examples, and pin your one best playbook.
6. Drafting customizations in bulk
Catch up on every assigned catalog course
When you have assigned catalog courses without a customization, the Courses page shows an N courses not customized button. Open it and click Draft With AI. Vero drafts a customization for each one from your Company Context and Knowledge Library. Nothing applies until you open each course, review its suggestions, and save. You can run bulk drafting once an hour.
7. Assigning the standard version
When you want the course exactly as written
Sometimes you want the course without any company material, for example for contractors or a partner cohort. When assigning, turn off Apply company context. Those people get the standard course, and the Assignments hub labels the row Standard course.
8. Catalog assessments and credentials
Measure and certify with ready-made content
- Catalog skill assessments include tool proficiency assessments for widely used AI tools at Essentials, Advanced, and Mastery levels, plus cross-tool assessments such as Multi-Tool Fluency and AI Tool Selection Judgment.
- Catalog pathways award OneRange credentials when completed.
- Your own company badges can be attached to your own pathways, which can include catalog courses.
9. Staying current
How catalog updates reach you
- OneRange updates catalog courses centrally. Your people get the improvements automatically.
- Your customizations stay in place through updates.
- Low ratings on catalog courses are also sent to the OneRange catalog team, so issues get fixed at the source.
- Need a topic the catalog does not cover? Build it from your own material, plan it from a goal, or ask your OneRange contact.

Quick answers
Does customizing change the course for other companies?
No. Your customization applies only to your company. The shared catalog version is unchanged.
Can I edit a catalog course directly?
No. Catalog courses are maintained by OneRange. Customize changes how it is taught for you, and your own courses give you full control.
Who can customize catalog courses?
Admins. Course Managers can view customizations.
Can my employees browse the catalog?
Inside Vero, people see the training assigned to them. The public catalog at onerange.ai/catalog is open to anyone.
What if I want a course exactly as written?
Turn off Apply company context when you assign it.
