What's New in HubSpot AI
A short refresher on the latest HubSpot AI updates
What this course covers
The course runs across 7 topics, each one a short adaptive session rather than a recorded lecture. The tutor explains the idea, works an example, checks understanding, and adjusts the next step to the answer given.
- Breeze Assistant can now put agents to work — What's different: HubSpot relaunched Breeze Assistant so it does more than answer questions: you describe a goal, it picks the right agents to do the work, and it returns plans, reports or drafts based on your CRM data. Why it matters for your work: You can start a campaign plan, deal review or prospecting task from one chat instead of finding the right tool yourself. Try it (about 2 minutes): Open Breeze Assistant from the top navigation bar and ask it to "make a plan to follow up on my deals that have gone quiet this month", then review what it suggests before you approve anything.
- Breeze Assistant shows the sources it used — What's different: A new context side panel in Breeze Assistant shows, in real time, the CRM records, memories and company details it used to answer you. Why it matters for your work: You can quickly check whether an answer came from the right records before you trust it or share it. Try it (about 2 minutes): Ask Breeze Assistant about one of your companies, switch to the full-screen view, open the right side panel, and click a listed source to check it. No access? Here's what you'd see: A new right side panel in Breeze Assistant displays the CRM records, memories, and company details used to answer questions.
- Connect Gmail, Slack, Google Drive and more apps — What's different: Breeze Assistant and Agent Hub can now connect to more apps, including Fathom, Xero, Box, Canva, Gong, Slack, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar and Google Chat. Why it matters for your work: You can ask Breeze Assistant to pull in or act on information from your other work tools without leaving HubSpot. Try it (about 2 minutes): In Breeze Assistant, open the add menu, go to Connectors and add a connector, connect an app you use such as Google Drive, then ask it to find a recent file about a customer. No access? Here's what you'd see: The Breeze Assistant add menu displays a Connectors option for connecting apps like Google Drive, Slack, and Gmail.
- Schedule a prompt to run daily, weekly or monthly — What's different: Breeze Assistant can now run a saved prompt on a schedule and drop the result into your chat list as a new, unread thread. Why it matters for your work: Reports you build by hand every week, like a pipeline summary, can be waiting for you when you log in. Try it (about 2 minutes): In Breeze Assistant, open the Breeze menu, go to More, then Prompts, create a new prompt such as "summarize my open deals closing this month", choose Schedule this prompt, and set it to weekly. No access? Here's what you'd see: In Breeze Assistant, learners see a "Schedule this prompt" option when creating a prompt to run it daily, weekly, or monthly.
- Deal progression suggests CRM updates after calls — What's different: The revamped deal progression feature reads your calls, meetings and emails, then suggests next steps, drafts follow-ups and proposes deal property updates that you approve with one click (public beta). Why it matters for your work: Reps spend less time typing notes into the CRM and always see what to do next on a deal. Try it (about 2 minutes): Open a deal that had a recent recorded call, find the deal progression card, and accept or reject one suggested property update.
- Also new — - One-tap meeting recording in the mobile app: The HubSpot mobile app can now record meetings or voice notes with one tap, even offline. - Content agent drafts blogs, social posts and pages: The new content agent drafts blog posts, social posts, and landing pages in your brand voice. - Bring your memories from other AI assistants: Users can now import saved memories from other AI assistants into Breeze Assistant. - Build audience segments by describing them: Users can now build audience segments by describing them in plain words. - HubSpot sets up your brand voice for you: HubSpot can now automatically generate a brand voice from your website and existing content. - Campaign agent plans campaigns in Marketing Studio: Marketing Studio now includes a campaign agent that generates full campaign plans and draft assets. - Nurture agent personalizes each automated email: The nurture agent personalizes subject lines, preview text, body, and button text of automated marketing emails. - Breeze Assistant can make PowerPoint slide decks: Breeze Assistant can now generate and export formatted PowerPoint slide decks. - Customer agent is faster to set up and test: The customer agent now features guided auto-setup, ticket-based knowledge drafting, and settings-page testing. - Starter plans now get agents and Agent Builder: HubSpot's Starter plan now includes the prospecting agent, data agent, Agent Builder, and Notetaker. - and 5 more: Data model overview with Breeze suggestions; Run an Agent Hub workflow on a single record; Connect NetSuite to Breeze Assistant; Ask Breeze how your team is using it; Add your app's MCP tools to HubSpot agents
- Try one on your own work — Pick the one main change from this course that is most useful to your job. Try it in your own HubSpot AI on a real task, then paste or describe what you got. The coach gives short, specific feedback. No access to the app or plan it needs? Describe how you would use it on a real task this week. That counts too. There is no score and no pass or fail: finishing this completes the course.
Skills you build
Results are measured against named skills in the OneRange taxonomy of more than 10,000 skills, so a manager sees proficiency per skill rather than a completion tick.
