Salesforce AI: Essentials — Working with Agentforce
Learners will be able to work alongside the AI features their company has turned on in Salesforce. The course covers reading an AI-suggested summary or reply, editing it before it reaches a customer, and telling the admin when the AI gets something wrong. They leave using Salesforce's AI as a helpful draft, never as the final word.
What this course covers
The course runs across 2 topics, each one a short adaptive session rather than a recorded lecture. The tutor explains the idea, works an example, checks understanding, and adjusts the next step to the answer given.
- Checking AI Summaries and Record Access — Imagine opening a customer page and seeing a quick summary written by the AI. You must check this summary against the real account history. In this topic, you will practice finding errors in AI summaries. You will also learn which customer records the AI can and cannot see.
- Editing AI Drafts and Sending Feedback — Imagine the AI drafts an email reply to a customer, but the details are out of date. You must edit the draft before it goes out. In this topic, you will practice editing AI drafts. You will also learn how to send feedback to your admin when the AI gets facts wrong.
Skills you build
Results are measured against named skills in the OneRange taxonomy of more than 10,000 skills, so a manager sees proficiency per skill rather than a completion tick.
Who it is for
Sales and service staff whose company uses Salesforce. The material is pitched at Beginner level, and takes roughly 30 minutes at a typical pace. Because every session adapts, someone who already knows a topic moves through it quickly instead of sitting through an explanation they do not need.

How it is delivered and assessed
Delivery is conversational and interactive, including guided lab, branching scenario exercises. There is no video to sit through and no slide deck to click past.
Understanding is checked with a quiz assessment of 5 items, with a pass mark of 70%.
Administrators can copy this course into their own library and adapt it — edit the outline, change the duration, swap the assessment format, or ground it in internal documentation so answers cite the company's own source material.
