  • Telling the AI Who You Are and What You Need — Learn to state your role and goal clearly. You will practice choosing what background details to leave out. Includes a scenario-based decision exercise.
  • Pasting Context and Showing Good Examples — Learn to paste an email thread or document into the chat. Show the AI one example of a good output. Includes hands-on practice in the tool.
  • Starting Fresh and Your Background Checklist — Learn when to start a new chat to avoid confusing the AI. Use a quick checklist for every prompt. Includes a hands-on reset exercise.

The course covers few-shot and chain-of-thought, structured output, system prompts and roles, and prompt chaining and templates. They finish able to engineer prompts that perform consistently at scale.
